2. Service Area Restriction (East Tennessee Only)

At this time, we only accept and fulfill orders for customers located in East Tennessee.

  • Orders outside East Tennessee may be cancelled and refunded.

  • If an order is placed from an address outside our service area, we may contact you to confirm eligibility before fulfillment.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their delivery address is within our service area before purchasing.

3. Free Delivery / Shipping Policy

We currently offer free delivery for eligible orders within our approved service area (East Tennessee).

  • No shipping charges will be added at checkout for qualified orders.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, scheduling, weather, and logistics.

4. Product Information & Specifications

We make every effort to display accurate product details, package contents, and pricing. However:

  • Images are for illustration purposes and may not reflect every included item.

  • Specifications may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates or substitutions of equivalent components when necessary.

5. DIY Installation Disclaimer

Our packages are intended for DIY and professional installation; however, installation work involves electrical and building safety risks.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for safe installation and compliance with local codes and permit requirements.

  • We do not provide licensed electrical work or on-site installation services unless explicitly stated in writing.

  • We are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

We recommend consulting a qualified electrician or professional installer if you are unsure.

6. Pricing & Errors

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors or incorrect product listings.

  • Cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing or incorrect product details (with refund if applicable).

7. Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected where required by law. Tax amounts are calculated at checkout based on your location and applicable tax regulations.

8. Payments

We accept online payments through enabled payment providers at checkout (such as credit/debit cards and other available methods).

For high-value orders, payment verification may be required prior to fulfillment.

Due to the nature of high-value electrical equipment and bundled kits:

  • Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment by contacting us as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has shipped or delivery has been scheduled/processed, cancellations may not be possible.

Return/refund eligibility depends on the product condition and manufacturer policy. Some items may be subject to restocking fees.
